A Cohasset Wedding
Our reception is at The Red Lion Inn in Cohasset, Massachusetts
The Red Lion Inn, established in 1704, is a beautiful colonial inn located 20 miles south of Boston in the picturesque, seaside town of Cohasset. Decorated in a combination of Country French and New England Colonial styles, the Red Lion offers fifteen warm and spacious guest rooms, all with fireplaces. We've blocked the entire inn for our wedding guests, and are looking forward to staying there ourselves! Overflow accommodations are available at two other nearby resorts, the Cohasset Harbor Inn and the Clarion Nantasket Beach Resort.
Just a few minutes from the church, the Lion's Hall at The Red Lion Inn will play host to our reception. This rustic, striking barn structure has a charm that we didn't find in any other venue. Cocktails will be on the wrap-around balcony, offering a beautiful view of the barn floor reception space below. At the conclusion of our cocktail hour, guests will take their seats for dinner and the bridal party will make their way down the grand staircase to join them.
After our reception, the party will move downstairs to an in-house pub known as "The Cave." Who knows when bedtime will be?
